A Northampton County man will spend years behind bars for killing his brother-in-law.
Todd Lindenmoyer pleaded guilty Friday to one count of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 3-1/2 to 10 years in prison.
Lindenmoyer shot and killed Ed Kimak in Northampton in March, police said.
The defense said Lindenmoyer was only using the gun to scare Kimak, 24, but it ended up going off.
