Police: John Baglivo nabs cash from Allentown Arby's; arrested short time later
A man who police say robbed an Allentown Arby's was caught not long after the crime.
Police said a white man in a hooded sweatshirt entered the Arby's at 1535 Lehigh Street around 3 p.m. Thursday. He handed the clerk a note and demanded money, police said.
The clerk gave him some money and he ran off, police said.
Police caught up with 38-year-old John Baglivo of Whitehall at Eighth and St. John's streets, and witnesses identified him as the robber, according to police.
He was arrested and charged with robbery.
