PALMER TWP., Pa. -

A Northampton County man is behind bars accused of stealing from a local police department.

Officials say Charlie Sandt, Jr is charged with theft after stealing from the Palmer Township Police Department.

Officials say Sandt Jr. was contracted by the police to supply them with computer services.
