Two men accused in a deadly shootout on a busy street in Bethlehem are heading to trial.
All charges against Rene Figueroa and Javier Rivera-Alvarado were held for court at a preliminary hearing on Monday.
The men were involved in a fight at the Puerto Rican Beneficial Society on East 3rd Street last December, police said.
The fight spilled out onto the street and escalated into a gun battle, police said.
Yolanda Morales, 23, was killed in the crossfire and five other people, including the accused shooters, were wounded.
Figueroa has been charged with homicide, and both men are facing multiple counts of attempted homicide and assault.
