Toby Keith coming back to the Allentown Fair
One of country music's highest paid artists must really like The Great Allentown Fair--he's coming back for his fourth appearance!
Toby Keith is bringing his high energy show back to the fair on August 31, along with fellow country artist Kip Moore.
His first fair performance was as the special guest of Brooks & Dunn in 2001 and then he came back to fill the fair’s grandstand venue as a headliner in 2002 and 2008.
Fair Marketing Director and Talent Buyer Bonnie Brosious remarked, “Like other country artists, Keith cut his teeth on fairs and he remains one of the biggest stars of the genre that plays the nation’s top agricultural expositions. When singing about the virtues of his favorite party beverage container on his 2011 tongue-in-cheek smash single and award winning music video, ‘Red Solo Cup,’ he even tipped his cowboy hat in a reference to ‘fairs and festivals’.”
Tickets are $65 and $45 for seating and $80 for a small number of standing spots in front of the stage.
Tickets go on sale February 9 at 10 a.m. at the fair box office at 302 N. 17th Street; online at ticketmaster.com; over the phone at 800-745-3000 and at Ticketmaster Centers.
Keith is the second grandstand act announced by the fair. Tickets for the Aug. 30 Luke Bryan show, with guests Florida Georgia Line and Thompson Square are already on sale.
