LOWER NAZARETH TWP., Pa. -

One Lehigh Valley baby didn't want to wait to be born.

As witnessed on our 69 News at Sunrise traffic report Wednesday morning, a baby girl decided to make her appearance in her parents' minivan on the side of Route 33 South, near the on ramp from Route 248 in Lower Nazareth Twp., Northampton Co.

The baby, Ann Marie, was born in the vehicle around 7 a.m., about the time when emergency responders arrived on the scene.

The mother and baby are said to be doing well at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill, Lehigh Co.
