Credit card, cash, beef jerky stolen from Upper Macungie garage

UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

Police say a man stole a credit card and beef jerky from a car parked in an Upper Macungie garage and then used the credit card to make several purchases.

Today, Upper Macungie police say 22-year-old Andrew Wieder was arrested for allegedly stealing a credit card, $200 in cash and two bags of beef jerky from the car back on May 12.

He used the card at different stores, including the Wal-Mart in Lower Macungie Township.

Wieder is being charged with burglary, access device fraud, forgery and theft.

He was arraigned and later released on $10,000 bail.
