Damal Clark of Allentown heading to court on firearms charges
Suspect accused of trying to shoot someone in the city on May 2
Damal Clark, 21, of Allentown is heading for court on charges that he tried to shoot someone around 7p.m. May 2 in the 900 block of Chew Street in the city.
The suspect waived his right to a preliminary hearing today before Magisterial District Judge Karen Devine of Allentown.
No one was struck by any bullets fired by the suspect in the May 2 incident.
Clark had a firearm in his possession when he was arrested late at night on May 3.
He has been charged with two counts of possession of a firearm, two counts of carrying a firearm without a license and one count of carrying a firearm with an altered manufacturer's number.
