Easton police investigate stabbing

EASTON, PA -

Easton police are investigating a stabbing that happened downtown early Sunday morning.

Police say the woman was found with multiple stab wounds shortly after 2 a.m. outside Champs Corner Bar & Grill at 91 Larry Holmes Drive.

The unidentified woman was transported to a hospital for treatment. Police say her injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

Police said in a news release that the stabbing does not appear to be a random act.

The investigation is continuing.

Police are looking for a grey Nissan Altima they believe may be connected to the stabbing.
