It was all about saving energy Friday at the Lehigh Valley Energy and Environment Conference and Expo.
The conference at DeSales University was put on by the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The event brought together hundreds of businesses to discuss innovative ways to "go green" and save money while doing it.
A big topic at the conference was water, since Ocean Spray and Nestle Water are located in the Lehigh Valley.
"We have many panelists talking about the usage of water and how the Lehigh Valley is growing and if there are any challenges," said Michelle Griffin Young, Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. "What are the challenges to economic development when it comes to water?"
Air Products and Jaindl Farms were awarded the Lehigh Valley Environmental Innovations Awards for their conservation practices.
