BANGOR, Pa. -

Fire broke out at a home in Northampton County early Thursday.

Crews battled the flames through freezing cold temperatures at 621 Walnut St. in Bangor. The fire was reported around 1 a.m.

A neighbor told 69 News they saw the flames and called 911.

The family living in the home was able to make it out safely.

The American Red Cross provided the family of two adults with food, clothing and lodging.

Investigators have not determined what sparked the fire.
