He may be 'bad to the bone' but George Thorogood still knows how to rock.
Thorogood & The Destroyers, along with special guests Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes will combine for a double dose of good old rock 'n roll at Musikfest on August 6.
For 40 years, George Thorogood and the Destroyers have delighted fans with their brand of blues-rock. The group’s hits, such as “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer,” “Bad To The Bone,” “Who Do You Love” and “I Drink Alone,” have remained staples in classic rock.
Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes got their start at the Jersey Shore in the mid-1970s and was formed by John Lyon and Steven Van Zandt. They've entertained countless fans over the years with their distinctive brand of blues and rock.
Tickets for the show go on sale May 21 at 10 a.m. to ArtsQuest members and May 24 at 10 a.m. to the public.
