EASTON, Pa. -

The heat has claimed another victim, but the event will sprout again the following weekend.

Due to the extreme heat, the Easton Farmer's Market Zucchini 500 Race has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 27.

Organizers said,“We hated to reschedule, but feel that under the circumstances this is the best decision for all involved. Cooler temps are forecasted for the 27th and that will result in faster cars and more fun for kids!”
