Images: Heavy rains cause floods; Allentown Fair concert cut short

Heavy rain fell late Thursday night causing some flooding.  It also forced the  Zac Brown Band concert at The Great Allentown Fair to be cut short.

This flooding was found by a viewer at 17th and Liberty streets.
