ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

A man accused in connection with a shooting that left a teenager in Allentown dead says he's guilty.

Officials say Hector Jesus Rios pleaded guilty Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter for the death of 18-year-old John Briele.
