Home prices on the rise in the Lehigh Valley
A new report says it could cost you a little extra to buy a home in the Lehigh Valley.
The latest data from CoreLogic says home prices in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton are up 5.4 percent in September, compared to the same time last year.
The report also says prices rose by 1.7 percent over the month.
National home prices are also on the rise, making it the 19th month in a row that national year-over-year prices have gone up.
