A homeless man sold meth to an undercover police detective three times in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant over the last three weeks, officials said.
Jason Hood sold the contraband on Nov. 28, Dec. 12 and last Friday in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 400 block of Wyandotte Street in Bethlehem, officials said.
When Hood was taken into custody, he was found with meth and marijuana on him, officials noted.
Hood, 29, was arraigned on Friday on four drug charges and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $30,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 23.
