BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A 20-year-old man has been arrested for straying into another person's home and for public intoxication.

Police said they responded to an address on Bridle Path Dr. for a burglar alarm.

Upon arrival they encountered a man in his 20s, bare feet, in his boxer shorts and a long sleeve shirt, inside the residence.

The man was identified as Andre Jon Wilcox and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

After being told to leave, Wilcox left clothing items in the house and took a stuffed dog toy.

He was arrested for criminal trespass, loitering and prowling and public drunkenness.

Wilcox was arraigned before on-call judge Joseph K. Barner and committed to Northampton County Prison with bail set at 10% $3,500.00.

He will appear before Judge Narlesky at a later date.
