Lee Kish pleads guilty in I-78 road rage incident
N.J. man shot at a woman's car after she honked at him, police say
A man accused of shooting at a woman who honked at him on Interstate 78 said he's guilty.
Lee Edwin Kish pleaded guilty in Northampton County Court to aggravated assault and possession of a firearm without a license.
The plea came in connection with an incident on March 13 on I-78 East, near the Route 33 interchange, in Lower Saucon Twp., Northampton Co.
Kish, 66, of Fanwood, N.J., shot at a woman's car after the two got into a confrontation on the highway. The woman wasn't hurt.
Kish had been free on bail, but the judge revoked his bail, saying Kish was a flight risk.
Kish has been committed to the Northampton County Prison. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
