BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A man cut his dad's forearm by throwing a flat-screen TV at him during an argument over his drinking, officials said.

Zachariah Zdunowski assaulted his father in his home in the 2400 block of Blake Court, Bethlehem, at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, after Zdunowksi's father told him he was drinking too much beer, officials said.

Police found Zdunowksi's father with a bleeding left forearm, and said the victim told them he was hurt when his son threw a TV at him, officials said.

Zdunowksi's father also said his son shoved him into a wall, and showed them drywall damage at the top of a stairwell, officials noted.

Zdunowksi, 25, was charged with assault and harassment and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $2,500 bail, according to court documents.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Dec. 17.
