WILSON, Pa. -

A man who police found with a stolen motorcycle is also facing a drug charge, officials said.

Michael L. Tigar Jr. was arrested after a red-and-black, 70cc Baja dirt bike stolen in Palmer Twp., Northampton Co., was found by a police officer at South 15th and Butler streets in Easton at about 2:35 p.m. Wednesday, officials said.

A small amount of marijuana in Tigar's wallet, officials added.

An officer from neighboring Wilson, who was involved in an "incident" involving the motorcycle earlier in the day, identified the bike, officials said.

Court papers did not indicate where the incident happened or what the nature of the incident was.

Tigar, 18, of 1129 Lehigh St., Easton was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and drug possession and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $15,000 bail, according to court documents.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. May 3.
