It's called "conductor-sizing".. and seniors at the Country Meadows retirement community in Upper Macungie Twp., Lehigh Co., burned some calories trying it out Sunday.

The workout was created by a maestro, who says it's a low-impact, fun exercise anyone can do.

"We work up to five songs, six songs, 7 songs, and we change the music. Sometimes they're slower, sometimes it's more of a march, it's more upbeat, so you're doing more," said Wendy Balik.

The seniors say the work-out made them feel alive and they loved the music.
