Nicholas Ibarra, who threatened to attack Parkland student, facing new charges
A Lehigh County man who police say threatened to attack a Parkland High School student is in trouble again.
Nicholas Ibarra, 19, of Breinigsville, was in a car with three juveniles on July 8 when police were called for a report of a juvenile trying to sell LSD to the caller, police said.
When police arrived on the scene at 5635 W. Tilghman Street, they found the four with LSD, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Each of the four was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
One of the juvenile males was also charged with possession with intent to deliver.
Ibarra was arrested June 5 and charged with terroristic threats, possession of a weapon on school property and criminal trespass after police found him with two folding knives at the school.
