PALMER TWP., Pa. -

Police in Northampton County say a man who robbed a hotel was a regular guest there.

Eric Share, 26, of Bethlehem, was arrested at his Keystone Avenue apartment Saturday for allegedly robbing the Comfort Inn on 25th Street in Palmer Township.

Police say the robbery happened around 7:15 p.m. Friday when Share, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, walked into the lobby and demanded money from the front sales clerks.

Police say Share held his arm under his shirt, indicating he had a weapon. He got away with an unspecified amount of cash, according to police.

Police say hotel personnel were able to identify Share from staying at the hotel in the past.

Share has been charged with robbery, theft, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.

He was being held at Northampton County Prison on $25,000 bail.
