UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -

Unspecified charges are pending against a pedestrian who was struck by a tow truck along Route 309 Thursday night, report Upper Saucon Township police.

The unidentified individual was  wearing dark clothing and walking south in the right lane when hit by the truck about 7:25 p.m. Thursday.

The pedestrian suffered minor, non-life threatening injuries and was treated at Lehigh Valley Hospital, according to police.

They said no charges will be filed against the tow truck driver.
