EASTON, Pa. -

Police in Easton say a man is on the mend after being hit by a bus.

It happened just after 8 Sunday morning in the 100 block of North Fourth Street in the city. Officials say the Trans-Bridge Bus was heading for New York City.

Police say they are not sure if the victim -- 40-year-old Kenneth Lacey of Easton -- intentionally ran in front of the bus or if it was just an accident.

Officials say they will be reviewing the security tape captured by the bus.

Lacey was transported to a local hospital with what officials said to be non-life threatening injuries.

Easton Police say no charges have been filed against the driver of the bus or the man hit.

The investigation continues.
