Remark Bell charged with witness intimidation, terroristic threats
A man awaiting trial on an attempted homicide charge is now in more trouble with the law.
Remark Bell has been charged with intimidation of witnesses or victims and terroristic threats.
Bell was in court Monday for a hearing in a 2009 case of attempted homicide, sexual assault and aggravated assault.
As Bell, 26, was being led out of the courtroom, he told the victim in the case to "remember Colin Primer," according to court documents.
Primer was shot and killed in Allentown on June 5, 2007, said police, who took Bell's statement to the victim as a threat for her not to testify during his upcoming trial.
