State Police: Three men in middle of heroin delivery busted along I-78 in Lehigh County

UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

State police in Lehigh County say they nabbed three men who were in the process of making a heroin delivery.

The men were arrested early Friday morning following a traffic stop on I-78 West in Upper Macungie Township.

During the stop, police say 69 baggies of heroin were located in the vehicle, which the suspects were intending to deliver.

Police say they also found four baggies of heroin inside the anal cavity of one of the suspects.

Facing charges are Ramon Torres and James Eichenlaub, both of Chambersburg, and Maurice Nelson of Bronx, N.Y.
