Supreme court upholds Robinson death sentence
A convicted Allentown serial killer is staying on death row.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on Friday to uphold Harvey Robinson's death sentence.
Robinson had appealed his death sentence in connection to the murder of Jessica Fortney in 1993.
He is already serving two life sentences for the murders of Joan Burghardt and Charlotte Schmoyer.
