BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A suspicious suitcase prompted an evacuation at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem for several hours Wednesday.

Emergency crews were dispatched around 1 p.m. for the discovery of a package inside the casino's parking garage.

Officials evacuated an area around the parking garage while they isolated the package, said Bob Novatnak, the city fire marshal.

The bomb squad found the package contained only household products and was left in an area where it shouldn't have been, said Novatnak, adding that the all-clear was given shortly before 5 p.m.
