BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Three people were injured after a small propane tank exploded at VegFest in Bethlehem, according to crews at the scene.

The incident happened around 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the vegan event on the South Bethlehem Greenway.

Crews at the scene say the explosion caused the tank to propel into the air and caused a small fire at a tent.

Officials say three people received minor burn injuries. They were all workers at the same food stand.

The cause of the explosion remains under investigation.
