Two more Patient First offices coming to Valley
Facilities will serve Bethlehem and Easton areas
Patient First medical offices are scheduled to open in the Bethlehem and Easton areas by January.
They will be the second and third Patient First offices serving the Lehigh Valley. The first is the Allentown Patient First office, which opened in May 2012 in the Village West shopping center, just off Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township.
The Bethlehem office will be at the intersection of Schoenersville and Jacksonville roads in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
The Easton office will open at 2468 Butler St. in Wilson Borough.
Like all Patient First locations, these 21st-Century versions of the family doctor's office will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year.
Unlike a traditional doctor's office, they will operate on a walk-in, no-appointment basis. And patients don't have to make a trip to a pharmacy to fill prescriptions after leaving the doctor's office.
The new medical centers will cover about 7,000 square feet, with 12 patient rooms. Both will have on-site lab, digital x-ray and prescription drug services.
