Bethlehem police say the owner of a dog found in a locked vehicle at Monocacy Park is charged with not having the dog properly vaccinated or licensed.

Police said they found the dog overheating in a locked vehicle in the park shortly after 2:00 Thursday afternoon.

Tiffany Brunell, 19, of Easton was charged, according to police.

Police said they gave the dog water and released it back to Brunell.
