BATH, Pa. -

A youth football league in Northampton County kicked off its season with a special tribute to a former player and coach who died in a tragic accident.

The Bath Lions held a special ceremony Saturday, dedicating a memorial for Justin Roberts.

The 24-year-old was killed after a dump truck collided with a car on Route 611 in Forks Township back in March.

Roberts once played in the youth league and coached for the last three years.

His jersey was also retired today.
