A longtime employee of a Lehigh County township is heading to jail after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a young boy.     

James Andrews was sentenced Monday to 10 to 20 years in prison.

Andrews pleaded guilty in July to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy on several occasions.

Andrews was Lower Macungie Township's public works crew chief for the past 22 years.
