man admits beating toddler
An Allentown man accused of beating a 2-year-old girl so badly that he cracked her skull says he's guilty.
Brandon Bishop pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of aggravated assault.
Police said he choked, kicked and punched his fiancee's daughter because she needed quote, "a tougher upbringing."
The girl's mother, Candace Watts, also pleaded guilty to charges of child endangerment.
Police said she admitted she knew what was going on and did nothing to stop it.
