Man poses as utility worker, steals from elderly Bethlehem woman, police say

It's another case of someone posing as a utility worker to rob an elderly person  police say.

Bethlehem Police said a white man posing as a water company employee entered the house of an elderly woman suffering from dementia.

The man made the woman stand in the kitchen by the sink of the house in the 2100 block of Livingston Street while he claimed to go check the rest of the house, police said.

He stole a safe from the woman's bedroom closet, according to police.

There are no suspects.
