Medical charter school ready for apps

 A new charter school may be just what the doctor ordered for some Lehigh Valley students.

The Medical Academy Charter School is accepting applications now for its Lehigh County location.

It will share a building with Lehigh Valley Christian High School in Catasauqua.

The school is geared toward students who eventually want a career in the medical field.

Classes will start this fall.
