ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

A man accused in the shooting death of an Allentown teenager is heading to trial.

All charges were held for court Thursday at a preliminary hearing for Nicholas Caccappola.

Caccappola, 30, shot and killed Anthony Otero, 19, in the 900 block of Chew Street in September, police said.
