LOWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. -

A Northampton County man is in custody, facing numerous charges in an apparent domestic attack Friday night.

Lower Saucon Twp. police said 52-year-old Brooks Jay Pritchard of the 3800 block of Route 378, was arrested Friday night.

Police were first called to St. Luke's Hospital Bethlehem around 8 p.m. Friday for a report of a shooting.

The victim--a 28-year-old man who lives at the same addressed at Pritchard -- was receiving treatment to injuries in his left eye from a gunshot wound.

Pritchard is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

He was taken to the Northampton County Prison after being unable to post $200,000 bail.
