Old home makes move to new location in Forks
Victaulic guest house once served as a stagecoach stop
Five hours after starting its move, an old home in Northampton County was situated in a new location.
The Victaulic guest house, a historic stone building that once served as a stagecoach stop at Uhler and Kesslersville roads in Forks Township, was relocated Thursday.
The move will allow Victaulic to expand its campus near Easton. The plans include building a new customer experience center within the company's existing headquarters and developing a new 30,000 square-foot engineering lab to support future research and development innovation.
Victaulic, founded in 1925, develops and produces mechanical pipe joining systems.
Many people were on hand to watch the big move.
