ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Outgoing state Rep. Jennifer Mann will transition to private life by launching a consulting business in Allentown.

As the president of JL Mann Consulting, LLC, she says she plans to draw on her 14-year experience as a state representative and former small business owner to consult companies and industries of all sizes.

“It's time for a new challenge and the next chapter in my career,” Mann said. “I’m really looking forward to serving businesses in a new way and using the skills and experience I’ve gained to help companies succeed.”

Before her legislative service, Mann launched and managed a successful wireless telecommunications business in Allentown.

The new business launches Dec. 3.
