Blood alcohol was 4x legal limit, police say
Police in Palmer Twp., Northampton Co., have arrested one of their own for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

The driver, Susan Siegfried, showed signs of intoxication, police said. She was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment and for a legal blood draw.
Results of the blood draw, police said, showed Siegfried's blood alcohol content at the time of the crash was .32%, which is four times above the legal limit.
