One person had to be rushed to the hospital after a house fire in Lehigh County.

It happened around 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of Maple Street in North Whitehall Township.

Crews were able to get the fire under control in about a half-hour.

One person was hurt, said officials, who were unable to release additional details about the fire.
