BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Police in Bethlehem say a simple traffic stop turned them on to a major drug bust at a local hotel.

Officers stopped a car on W. Graham Pl. Thursday after they say they believed the passenger in the vehicle was a wanted person. During the traffic stop police found that neither the driver or passenger, later identified to be Daniel Blount and Dawud Holliman, had a drivers license, police say.

The car was then searched by the officers, and was eventually found to have an amount of drug paraphernalia, according to Bethlehem police reports. The car was towed and impounded.

Further investigation by police lead them to a hotel room in Allentown that had a "significant amount of narcotics" inside, according to officials.

Both the driver and passenger were arrested- Blount, 20 of Allentown is facing possession and intent to deliver charges, while Holliman, 33, of Allentown faces criminal conspiracy charges, officials note.
