BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Playing the slots got a little dicey for a New Jersey man Friday at the Sands Casino.

Police say Manuel Robinson Rodriguez, 47, of New Brunswick, NJ., pulled a knife on another man as he played a slot machine in Bethlehem.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. Friday.

According to police, Rodriguez confronted Josue David Ramirez, 28, of Plainfield, NJ as Ramirez played a slot machine at the Sands Casino Resort.

Police said, Rodriguez stood over Ramirez, pulled out a pocket knife, opened the blade and asked, "Do you want to dance? Do you have a problem with me?"

Ramirez told police that Rodriguez had been following his mother around the casino, and when Ramirez saw the knife,  he got up from the chair and backed away.

One of Ramirez's family members saw the incident and contacted casino security.

Police said there were no injuries and the knife was seized without further incident.

Rodriguez was taken into custody and charged with possessing instruments of a crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness.

He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

He was taken to the Northampton County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
