Another big sporting event was happening Saturday, the Lehigh-Lafayette football game. And police a police presence was definitely noticeable.
This year, officials made sure there was a major police presence in the area to crack down on the amount of binge drinking that tends to take place on game day.
Students we spoke with said they definitely noticed the police in the area, and think it helped make the atmosphere a little less crazy.
"I did go to the tailgates. it was still fun but you could tell the security presence was there. Which was a good thing, it wasn't bad," Lehigh Senior Michael Entilan said.
