Northampton County prosecutors have filed homicide charges in connection with a wild family affair.

Rebecca Johnson and Rogel Suero are facing homicide charges in the death of Carrie Smith., who was Johnson's grandmother.

Police say Johnson planned a robbery in which David Bechtold and Rogel Suero robbed Smith at gunpoint in January.

Smith died March 16 from a heart attack and congestive heart failure.

The coroner says the robbery made that worse, and ruled her death a homicide.

Police arrested Johnson in June after leading officers on a car chase with her nine-year-old son.

Her preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 28.
