Runners enjoy Lights in the Parkway 5K run

Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski started the Lights in the Parkway 5K Wednesday night.
The third edition of the run was held at Lehigh Parkway.
Some 850 runners braved the elements to run past the lit up trees and decorations.
