Sandy forces postponement of Halloween parade in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Thrills and chills are on hold in Allentown, just in case Hurricane Sandy starts to make an early mess of the area.

Allentown has postponed Sunday's Halloween parade. It is now scheduled for the following Sunday, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m.
